Some Common Symptoms of Eyestrain

Eye gets fatigue when they work for long time, like other parts of our body, our eyes also need rest to work properly. You may experience, when you are moving outside of your house or you are traveling on foot your legs get fatigue and they needs rest to gain require energy to work. So you need to take a break time to time so that you will be able to provide relief to your eyes.

Apart from this, red eyes are one of the common signs of getting fatigue of your eyes. Your one eye or both eyes may have redness in the whites of your eyes or on the edge of the eyelids.
Coming water or tear from your eyes is also an indication of having eyestrain; this may be a reaction to dry eyes as your eyes are tired.


When you feel harder in seeing anything then you may have eye strain, this because of looking at one object for a longer time than normal duration. If you are trying to see but you are taking long time for seeing any long distance thing then it is assumed that your eyes are affected from eyestrain. You can also get problem in vision in evening time when sun is going to set in the sky your sight may be blurred or your depth perception can be impacted; this is also an indication of eye strain.
