Important Tips to Reduce Eye Strain

We know that technology has become very important part of our daily lives; people are used to spending longer hours on computers, laptops, iPhones and mobile phones. Excessive works on these devices results eye strain, tension and headaches. If you want to get rid of eye strain, here are some helpful tips which will help a lot in reducing strains in your eyes.

Now most of the computer operators have to face with Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). As per American Optometric Association, the condition has some characteristics such as strain, headaches, blurred vision, shoulder and neck pain and dry eyes. You should talk with your eye specialist to obtain the right diagnosis. These are some solution which will be helpful in reducing the problem:

If you are living in too bright light atmosphere, reduce the lights first to a normal level which will not affect your eyes. What you can do is you can change your bulbs to low wattage bulbs for better result.

Eye relaxation is very important. Instead of looking at close distance objects, you should also look at long distance objects so that your eyes will get relaxation. If you are working on computer then you should take periodical breaks which provide relaxation to your eyes.
